I want to publish blogs that may give help and useful information. Therefore, I need it to show up in google if they search for something that my blog pertains to.

Most likely xanga, blogspot, and wordpress. You are allowed to tag what your blog is about in these sites, so when someone searches up something that is in your essay, it will show on google. (:
Blogging on blogger or anywhere else doesn’t garantee that your blog will show up in a google search. You have to market your blog and that can be complicated and time consuming.
You may though get on google first page if you have a totally unique name for your blog.
