Yahoo answers is good too sometimes for spreading your link around but make sure you have a http:// at the start of it and the link is relevent to the question asked. Myspace is a good place too 'cos you can add a bunch of people you dont know and bulletin and comment them. You can tell people but do it in a nice way that is personal as if you are friends with the people and never over do it. Never cross the line between telling people and spamming people.
