the only advice that I can think of is… whatever you state, it has to be the truth, try not to ever write anything bad about anyone unless you can prove it in court

make sure that if you are going to publish something "special", like…. porn… your hosting service, will allow it.
every time you use someone else’s services, like maps or dictionaries, give them their proper credit.
