Please specify what exactly needs to be in specifications for development of e-Commerce website? I need to deliver specifications to an oDesk provider I’m interviewing. Please keep in mind I’m a non technical person. What do I need to put in the specifications to tell them how I want the website to function and also be user friendly as well for customers visiting the site and making purchases? Digital credit card payment system? Digital wallet? Accumulated balance payment system? Stored value payment system? Digital cash? Peer-to-peer payment system? digital checking? or electronic billing presentment and payment system?

Can I put up a website and just sell anything and don’t pay taxes? Or do I pay taxes to my own country? Else, is there a manual or something? Also, and very important is it different if I offer services? And maybe most important if I put up a website and want US advertisers to advertise in it how do I go about doing business with this US companies if I am ‘not from the US’.
