I need to build an e-commerce website and I have absolutely zero web design skills. I dont even know how to upload a file using dream weaver. I needed help changing my nameservers. However, despite my limitations, I still need an e-commerce site.

I need a site that is affordable. I dont want to pay more than a few hundred dollars, including hosting.
I need paypal integration.
I need to be able to upload my own graphic backgrounds, not just use ready made templates, unless those templates allow me to use my own photos for background images.
I need to be able to categorize my items by type and size, and put 1 item into multiple categories.
I need to be able to stock items by attribute. 1 item may be available in multiple sizes. I dont want to have to create multiple listings for the same item in different sizes, and I want my inventory to stock by size and attribute as well.
I want it to be simple and affordable.

Is there anything out there that is up to my specifications?

I need to build a website that would allow photos and data to be uploaded, and a choice of templates to be chosen, and a shopping cart. HELP!!!

I’ve noticed that photos of the same locations change over time but since I hardly use Google, and only use Google Earth periodically, I’m curious as to how often the photos are updated: Is it monthly, bi-monthly, every 6-months, a year even? Does anyone really know for sure?

not in my ‘manage photos’ area, because that’s already full. how do i put pictures in my personal space?

My computer is old and running really slow. I transferred a 2000 song I-Tune library to a different computer, erased three or four computer games, deleted photos and my free space is still 59% (which seems like a lot to me but evidently not). How could I not gain any free space after doing all of this? I defrag all the time and it makes no difference.

I am new at web design, and in the process of trying to find a good web hosting service. I plan on having lots of videos and photos on my sites, and was wondering what kind of features are the most important for me to be looking for when searching for a web host. Are some servers faster than others? If so, which are the fastest? And is it better to go with a windows or linux server? Are there any other important features that I need to look for? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
