How can I design an interactive contact form for an e-commerce site?
I plan to set up a website for my husband who sells custom suits and shirts for men. He would need a measurement form on the site that a customer could fill out and email to him. Is there an e-commerce website host or program that offers this, or someplace where I can find this as an add-on?
