I am doing a web re-design for a local brewery and know that good pictures can make or break a really nice site. One of my good friends is a teacher, but has a great eye for photography and I want to hire her on to the project. What should I charge the brewery for her services? Note that this will be her first real professional experience, (Besides side jobs at weddings, etc)

I’m currently 18 years old and about to go to college. I have a job but I want another way to make some more money fro college. Is there a website that gives you small jobs in web or graphics design that pays? I’m not looking for a lot of money, just some that I can accumulate over time.

Alot of jobs out there are requiring SEO experts, I am currently doing marketing and web design for a company but want to expand my education.
