Letter complaining specifically to a web design or programming company?
I need to write a complaint to a company that builds websites. They gave us a website that does not function as agreed upon. Does any one have any sample letters to complaining to a web design/ web programming company? Our goal is to give them a basic understanding of the problem and request a refund. Thanks so much in advance!

I would write it out in letter form. make sure you use the proposal they sent you stating what they were going to do , and with different color font (red works) write underneath what part did not mean your expectations.
State how it has affected your business and how you would like a refund.
