		<description>it&#039;s fairly basic, so if you are not doing anything too complicated, then go for it, you will be able to do quite a bit; that was the first version of photoshop i used, and many people use it for digital scrapbooking. but trust me when i say that you will want more after a while, and as you get better with it you will crave the more advanced tools from newer versions. i&#039;m assuming you also have something like dreamweaver?</description>
