How to test if ISP is capping your downloads?
Anyway to see if my ISP (comcast) is capping my downloads? I upgraded to the 50/5 speeds a few months ago, last month the speeds to seem have dropped. Gaming pings have risen and torrent speeds are crap.

Gaming pings have probably risen because they are capping P2P’ers!
