how do I develop my idea into internet business?
I have an idea that I think is going to work. It is free like youtube and it can generate alot of traffic without selling any thing. But I do not know how to go about getting it started. Have you guys any idea how to do it? From an idea to a up and running internet business. After all, everything started out as an idea. Right? for examble- ebay, youtube, google, etc? All suggestions are welcome and highly appreciated.

Get out the old pencil and paper! Answer some basic questions such as:
1. What is the "product:"
2. How would it be presented on a website (videos, forums, information…)
3. What is your target audience? (singles, teens, mature adults…)
Those are very simplistic questions that need to be answered but really, place all your ideas on paper, refine them, make changes and then develope the site around your ideas
