Has any one been too ITT tech or taken the online courses for web design? I am very interested in going and I cant seem to find the information online. The price will very much influence my decision thats why I ask.

I need to write a complaint to a company that builds websites. They gave us a website that does not function as agreed upon. Does any one have any sample letters to complaining to a web design/ web programming company? Our goal is to give them a basic understanding of the problem and request a refund. I am a graphic designer by job title and I have built a few webpages. I want to learn a lot more about web design because that seems to be where most of the money is these days. Does anybody have any tips on how I can learn more about web design on my own or places I can go to learn more formal skills in all the different languages?

I am doing a web re-design for a local brewery and know that good pictures can make or break a really nice site. One of my good friends is a teacher, but has a great eye for photography and I want to hire her on to the project. What should I charge the brewery for her services?
