Other than Google Adsense and Yahoo Publisher, who else has pay per click programs

besides google adsense, is there any other site that has the same service? sell ads on your site with pay per click system?
google adsense is a program that allows webmasters to put ads on their website and earn money as the visitors visit the sponsors, my question is , is there any other program like that in other websites?

If my site is more popular(i.e. if my site has more number of visitors), will google adsense pay more amount for a click?
will google adsense pay less amount for a click if my site has less number of visitors?

Whats a great school that has specialized web design programs and is worth going to? Somewhere on the west coast/northwest. Also what percent of professional web designers even went to school?

I am as much of a novice as anyone can be when it comes to web-design. I just purchased dreamweaver because everyone seems to love it but I want a program that is more user friendly and that has a simple interface that isn’t so cluttered. Whats out there?

I’m just starting to do some freelance web-design , but in all honesty I’m really estimating anything, especially how long something’s going to take. I’m looking for a good objective process for coming up with a quote for a job.

I’m a senior computer science major and would like to get into web design. I have basic familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, COBOL, etc., and am pretty adept at HTML and CSS.

I wanted to find out what I should focus on learning if I intend to persue a carreer in web design in the next year or two.

What programs, languages, and concepts make up the primary areas of focus these days in web design? What are the most important aspects to understand?

My understanding is that these are very important:
Flash
Dreamweaver/Frontpage
ColdFusion or .NET (database connectivity)
Graphic Design Techniques
HTML, XML, PHP

I wondered how those of you that are actually working in the field would change my list?

Is there a particular order of concepts that would help me learn it best (a curriculum, if you will)?

I’d appreciate all the help I can get in understanding what direction to go in. There’s so much to learn, and I really don’t know where to start.

Is it good for graphics/web design?
