I was going to clone my existing HD and put it on a larger one. But…..can I hook the new one up as a slave and have it take care of the space issue with loading programs? I do alot of web design and video work. Seems I am slowing way down with more and more glitches.

I know how to hide the new music player but i need to know how
to hide the blank white space it leaves.

There’s a white space where the music player use to be and I want my song to still play by the way like it already does
but i want to get rid of the STUPID WHITE SPACE!

i have 68.4 gb of memory left on my laptop and am planning to keep it around that level. How much space does spybot search and destroy take up?

not in my ‘manage photos’ area, because that’s already full. how do i put pictures in my personal space?

I’ve always wondered how much space an empty folder on windows takes up on the disk, 1 byte? Is it even possible for something to be less than 1 byte?

My computer is old and running really slow. I transferred a 2000 song I-Tune library to a different computer, erased three or four computer games, deleted photos and my free space is still 59% (which seems like a lot to me but evidently not). How could I not gain any free space after doing all of this? I defrag all the time and it makes no difference.

I have a playlist. Not just one song. and when i hide it, the entire length of the playlist is just one big white space. How do I make it to where there isn’t a big space? but the song still play?

I just changed my layout,
but I want to be able to see more of my background image without changing the transparency.

I keep loosing disc space on ma boot drive and its down to some 400 MB now.How should I increase the space?

I have realized that I have a discrepancy of 10GB on a 200GB partition between the available disk space and the free disk space.

In this case gnome system monitor says that I have 100GB free disk space and 88GB are available.

What does that mean? Why are these values so different?
