I’ve been given a Windows XP computer by a friend. My current PC is Windows 2000 and I am using Virgin Broadband with a speedtouch modem. I would like to keep my broadband package – how do I move just my broadband to the new PC without copying my entire profile across?

I need to get a 12 month broadband contract and was wondering which company you can recommend (NOT virgin/ntl). Be broadband looks quite good, has anyone used it before? What about BT or Sky (See Speak Surf)
